I was disappointed to learn that we missed your first concert this year because we didn’t know about it. As a contributor, I thought we would be notified of the concerts by e-mail or letter. I know we didn’t get an e-mail and if we got something in the mail, it was a long time ago and might have been mislaid. Do you send out reminders and/or a schedule via e-mail?
Margaret and David King
Hi Margaret,
We normally do send out e-mail reminders to our Web site subscribers about concerts. We re-designed our Web site late this summer and were still working out the kinks and did not get an e-mail sent out about the October concert. I apologize that you missed notification about our opening concert – you can always find our concert schedule here at our Web site and we usually advertise in the Kansas City Star the week prior to the concert. If you did not receive the e-mail notice of the latest blog post that went out yesterday, we may not have your active e-mail anymore. You can subscribe to KCCO updates by filling in your e-mail address in the subscribe box on our home page. Again, I apologize that you did not get notice of our last concert and we hope to see you at our upcoming November concert. Thank you for your continued support of the KCCO.
